        We started a simple project in July this year and have continually had to ask for mistakes to be fixed. Phone calls take days to be acknowledged and we only receive emails in return. It is now 5 weeks out from Christmas and although we have paid for all the services we have not been provided with drafts that can be submitted to Council. We do not recommend Superdraft.

        I tried to connect with Superdraft on the 15/09/2020 through social media ad. They responded in chat that they would get back to me ASAP. Fast forward 2 months with no call I tendered out my job a week ago on Hi Pages where they responded that theyd like to quote and I still havent received a call. I have no idea if this company is good or bad at what they do as I just cant seem to get to speak to anyone. If I cant speak to anyone in the sales stage what hope have I got of quality service and communication if I actually engage their services? Ive been stung by this type of service before. I wont engage with this company at all moving forward and if the directors are reading this. You need to not send me emails telling me how amazing your company is because it isnt. Ill unsubscribe after this review!
