I highly recommend Dr. Nick and Optional Health Chiropractic. I had a bulging disc in my neck that was extremely painful in 2015. My right fingers were numb, and I couldn't sit down or exercise. My life had been turned upside down. I saw a neurologist who said I was too young to operate on and couldn't help me. A friend referred me to Dr. Nick, who over time helped me repair the discs in my neck. I now have no pain in my neck, and I have feeling in my fingers again. Additionally, my X-rays showed that my hips were twisted, which would have caused significant pain if i fell pregnant. However, Dr. Nick was able to align my hips perfectly. I am still a regular client and highly recommend him to anyone in need of chiropractic care. I do to my family and friends. Brodie offers excellent service in keeping me organised with my adjustment schedule. Thank you team. You are the best!

I have been going to Optimal Health Chiropractor for a long time as I worked in Child Care for over 10 years and my back and hips were not aligned. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I feel so much better from going to them. I highly recommend them for any issues with your back or any other problems.

I have been attending Optimal Health since it first opened. I view chiropractic care as an essential part of my preventative healthcare and will continue to do so combined with other things including diet and exercise to keep my body active and healthy for as long as possible.

My life has changed dramatically over the time Ive been with optimal health. I was in so much pain and my back was so out I was deteriorating badly; but now its coming good! Real good. Im so thankful for Dr Nick and the team.
