We purchased a mattress from OMF Hervey Bay in December, and we are extremely happy with it. We have since purchased pillows and were very pleased as we both suffer from neck pain. The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would be happy to recommend any friends and family to shop in this store.

I recently visited OMF in Pialba and was served by Shelley. I needed a new mattress and Im extremely picky, as I have two fractures in my spine and two bulging disks, so comfort can be difficult for me to find. Shelley was absolutely amazing and so, so patient, as she showed me through every mattress their store has to offer Several times over. I eventually decided on the Cloud 7 and it has honestly been life changing!! I no longer toss and turn all night, trying to get comfy. I even wake up in the exact same position I fell asleep in, which means Im getting a proper rest now and Im not waking up all stiff and sore like I had been FOR YEARS previously. Shelley was more than helpful and gave me a great price on the mattress, but I didnt have the money just yet to make a deposit, so she wrote everything down for me and I left the store, feeling confident in my decision. A few days later, I called the store to arrange payment and Paula answered the phone. After chatting to her for a few minutes about my back and some other personal issues I was having, she asked me to wait a moment because she wanted to give me an even better price on the mattress. I didnt even ask for a further discount, as the mattress was already on sale at such a great price!! So that really touched my heart, as it made me realise these two ladies really care about their customers. I truly cant say enough good things about my wonderful experience at the OMF store in Hervey Bay and I could never repay them for helping to improve my quality of life the way they have So, telling everyone I come into contact with (yes, even strangers. ) about this amazing mattress and the lovely ladies at the store, is my way of giving back. I hope that word of mouth still applies and that you guys get a heap of sales from all of these fabulous reviews that people are leaving for you You deserve each and every one of them!! Also Paula and Shelley DEFINITELY deserve some kind of a bonus/pay raise!! Thank you sooooo much, to the both of you!!

My Husband and I went to OMF today and thanks to the two lovely ladies that served us had the most brilliant experience. Thankyou ladies looking forward to my first night's sleep on my new bed Cheers.
