Lesson learned. Never again! Bad customer service . Your response below exactly reflects your bad customer service! My son had an appointment at 12pm last Monday, I had to cancel important work and he had to leave school for the day , we arrived at 11:30 after one hour of waiting no one spoke to us and when I asked they said we dont know when will you see the doctor! The receptionist was unwelcoming, rude and ignored our presence ! If you are so busy why take on more patients? If you need to make money why dont you hire and train your staff ? This has happened many times before at nearly every appointment we made . My self , family and friends will never go to this practice again.

My 3yr old son was booked to get 4 crowns. On the day of the procedure we arrived and we were told the process of the procedure. We were told it would take about 30 seconds for the anaesthetic to put him to sleep. I held my son while the doctor placed the mask over my sons face and the nurse controlled the anaesthesia machine. My son was pushing and kicking as he was obviously scared and uncomfortable. The doctor continued to hold the mask over my sons face and commanded the nurse to turn another knob on the machine. So it took longer than 30seconds as the nurse turned the wrong knob which cause a quite traumatic for my son, myself and my wife to see my son in such distress for an excessive amount of time. We were unsure of what happened or if anything entered through the mask for first 30 seconds but the doctor assured us everything was okay. At the end of the procedure a nurse said our son will wake up but be drowsy for the day. We stayed for about 15-30minutes with our son who was still sleeping. The nurse kept prompting us to talk and gently wake him up. Our son still wouldnt wake up, the nurse then told us to take our son home as he will be sleeping on and off today anyway. We trusted the nurses word, so I carried my son asleep out of the building and took our son home. On the way home in the car my appeared to be having symptoms of a night terror, he was screaming, moaning and crying. It was really awful to see and we wish he could have woken up in his own terms at the clinic rather than us being forced to take our son home. This apparently is not normal procedure according to a follow up call with the Chermside clinic. I would be very wary if you decide to go with this clinic.

My daughter finished surgery with 3 teeth removed and did not even receive any proper treatment, aftercare instructions and had to wait outside at the reception for 20 minutes with great pain and loneliness!
