        We had a very unpleasant experience using Dinamix for in home care. They provided staff that were completely under qualified to provide personal care to my severely disabled son. He was left in wet and soiled continence aids until prompted by family members to change him. His medications were given late on multiple occasions. He was taken out for very extended periods of time without any discussion about where hed been and what he had been doing. Communication with staff and management was difficult and insufficient. They were unwilling to supply detailed incident reports when requested. I had questions about invoicing which were dismissed and they refused to supply me with adequately detailed invoices to allow me to ensure accurate billing. I would not recommend.
