Best experience! Angie is fab. The type of flower I ordered wasnt available but she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift bouquet and have it delivered to my friend. Very happy customer :)

Do not waste your money. Angela and Greg are probably the most unprofessional and ignorant people Ive ever had to deal with, regardless of all the proof that I provided of their flowers being poor quality. They are Passive aggressive and will call you out to be a liar each time. WORST FLORIST EVER!

Just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Angela (the owner) of Petals on the plaza for her amazing customer service! She was so wonderful and helpful! Im in Syd and I sent my mum some flowers to her hotel that shes currently staying at in qld for her birthday and Angela was just so amazing! She called me to make sure that all the details were correct, room number etc. The flowers were sent up to her room as my mum was out at the time they were delivered! They were absolutely beautiful and fresh! My mum absolutely loved them!! I would 100% recommend Petals on the plaza! Ill defs be continuing to purchase again in the future! Angela, thank you so much again! Good customer service is hard to find these days but you did an amazing job!!
