Hembrows Solar Power Brisbane

My solar installed by Hembrows and still under warranty has a possible fire risk problem . Hembrows have ignored all of my efforts to get them to inspect the unit . This behaviour is long term suicide for any business. Much later ---following up on this review - -- The service boss , Chris , was finely made aware of our situation and rectified the problems. Maybe the reception and first responders need a bit more training in customer service.

Purchased a 6.6 kilowatt system from Hembrows nearly three years ago. I had had no issues whatsoever and the amount of money we have saved in power bills has now covered the price of the panels.

Purchased a 6.5w system from Hembrows Solar recently. Price was competitive and the service excellent. No broken roof tiles by the installers. We had an issue with the inverter which was replaced immediately "with a smile" Happy to recommend Chris, Craig and the crew. Many thanks, Peter S from Paradise Point QLD.

Bought solar system through Dixon homes with Hembrow's as the contracted installer. Inverter broke down under warranty between 3 to 4 years in. Hembrows then offered secondhand replacement which I believe is unacceptable. The second hand unit had multiple scratches and missing paint (so very evident it was a second hand and unknown how old it was). I did multiple phone calls which Hembrow's did not return equaling poor unreliable client service. I am currently going through the fair trading office for a fair treatment. I would steer away from this company if I could turn back time. I will keep you posted as to the progress of this case.
