        We had an "interesting" negotiation with our insurance company which took time to resolve, but once Linden Evans took over management, the process was excellent. He dealt with the complexities that emerged in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner, and kept us informed at every stage. What could have been highly stressful was actually made very easy (for us). Thank you :)

Catherine and her team were always warm and friendly, patient, flexible, incredibly detail-oriented, and kept us well informed through the entire process. We were incredibly happy with the process and outcome of the work and would be very keen to use their service again. A wonderful example of a company that values their customers and cares about the quality and safety of your home.
