Dr Sanjeev Gupta (Tiny Tots Paediatrics)

Dr Gupta is by far the most incredible doctor we have ever experienced. His genuine and personal care went above and beyond during a very difficult time for us with our baby. After seeing Dr Gupta, weeks worth of worry and stress was lifted knowing we were in the best hands. If he wasnt worried, neither was I, and this was the most powerful gift when you are in a challenging time with such a new baby. In all medical and hospital settings , when we mentioned Dr Gupta was our paediatrician the relief and respect from the attending teams was overwhelming. The entire team are supportive, empathetic, professional and truely good people. My only regret is that I didnt take my first three to him!

I cannot recommend Dr Sanjeev Gupta enough. We changed to Dr Gupta after seeing a previous paediatrician for 8yrs who wasnt supportive or getting results. As a parent my heart was breaking while my child couldnt understand why nobody would help him, and then we met Dr Gupta. Changing paediatricians was the best decision weve ever made. Dr Gupta has honestly changed our life and words cannot express how grateful we are to him. He genuinely cares for our childs well being which makes the world of difference. He is kind, actively listens, non judgmental and so knowledgeable. We were at breaking point when meeting Dr Gupta who turned our world around. Our son has progressed so far within our short time and our son loves him as Dr Gupta made me better.

Dr Gupta was very understanding of our needs to get our son the care that he requires. Our son shows signs of behavioural and sensory issues and we, as caring parents will do the very best we can to get the care for or child. Dr Gupta was very professional. He was very supportive and made it very clear that it was apparent of the diagnosis our son needed. Dr Gupta was incredibly understanding of the need for our son to be assessed for his display of obvious issues involving sensory processing and other issues. He had, within just one appointment, made the diagnosis of Global Developmental Delay, with a view for an assessment for ASD. In the appointment, Dr Gupta pointed out things on the letter that he printed for us. He said: This diagnosis of Global Developmental Delay with purpose of diagnose of ASD will guarantee your son to get access to NDIS, to get him the help he very much needs. This letter is your golden ticket and will not be replaced. Do not loose it My husband, who attended the appointment confirms exactly this being said to us. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have misplaced this letter. I requested a copy of the original letter that we received on the day. What we received was not the original letter - but merely a description of my sons behaviour. The necessary information required for our son to access therapies through NDIS, that is essential for his development, was removed. Dr Gupta expressed it is his opinion that he does not have to replace the letter, because all it does is make the job of the Local Area Co ordinator of the NDIS access assessment easier. He said it wasnt his responsibility to make someone elses job easier. This has caused massive stress and unnecessary delays in getting our son the help he needs. I feel that it is very immoral, possibly even illegal to withhold medical documentation that is addressed to the parents of the child, for the development of a child. I paid for a private assessment at one of the most reputed paediatricians I could find, to get my son the best care I could. Up until the point of needing to request another copy of the original and correct letter - I was very happy with Dr Guptas service. There is absolutely no reason to not provide the original document again, due to the letter being misplaced by myself. I have very chronic illness, and already have enough to deal with, without anything being made more difficult in such an unnecessary way. So if you do choose to get your child an assessment through Dr Gupta - be very careful with the conditions he applies to this - which may not be ethical standards of practice.

When there is something medical happening to your child, it is one of the most stressful times in your life. Tiny Tots Paediatrics fitted us in on a cancellation quite quickly. Dr Gupta immediately made my child and myself feel at ease. His experience, knowledge and professionalism has helped us uncover an uncommon condition and given us much needed answers and support. It was wonderful to see Dr Gupta one of the most respected Paediatricians. I would highly recommend Dr Gupta to anyone needing a paediatric specialist that genuinely cares. Thank you again for everything you and your team have done for our family.

The reviews on here are absolutely spot on. My son and I had the absolute pleasure of being seen by Dr Gupta yesterday and the degree of professionalism and care experienced was second to none. Dr Gupta is a genuinely kind man who is excellent at his job. Not only that, the receptionists were so warm and welcoming as well. If you are after the best care for your child then you have come to the right place.
