Poor communication And experience. Paid for a resin 3D printer and a heap of accessories (around $2300 all up) on a Friday, when told that the printer would be available on the Monday. I called Monday and was told that no delivery was made. Got told that I would be called when it arrived. I called Tuesday still no delivery and I would be called when it arrived. Thursday I went into store and was told there had been an error with ordering and it was not coming. Asked if I wanted the floor model. Reluctantly I agreed as the it could be weeks for new stock from the supplier. Took the printer home, missing the power supply and had a crack on the corner of the lid. Took back and now have to wait another week for a store transfer. I wanted to buy the 3D printer to try and reduce my stress levels and get my mind off work. Talk Ive received is more stress to add onto me. Thank you.

I bought a Swann Xtreem wireless security camera, which turned out to be the worst camera Ive ever purchased.Poor connection despite good wifi, frequent dropouts and no support from Swann. I would rate the camera 1 star. Luckily I purchased from Jaycar who allowed me to exchange the product and then ultimately refund me when the second Swann camera was also terrible. I would rate Jaycar Townsville 5 stars and highly recommend. I have since gone with Arlo Pro 4 great camera.
