I would like to express our appreciation for all your assistance and attention to detail as our daughter purchased a vehicle from Shane. Your honesty in describing the vehicle and your willingness to interrupt your Easter break, your availability to discuss details and the care and concern that she should have first option to test drive and purchase was remarkable. She travelled by train to Brisbane, bus to Toowoomba, and stayed in a motel overnight to honour a commitment you made, that you would hold the vehicle until midday. I cannot speak highly enough of your fairness, conscientiousness and integrity. You were true to your word and happy to speak on the phone, as many times as we rang. Bought a Honda Civic - great car at a reasonable price and easy purchase from helpful and friendly staff. Had a minor issue with tyres after sale - they negotiated a good solution with me with very little hassle. I'm happy and will be back next time I'm in the market for a car.
