went with my daughter to get a pedicure the young lady I had was rude and kept hurting me...every time I would say ouch she never cared. the seat was left off I said to my daughter I thought this is ment to be relaxing not feel like I was being tortured... the other lady doing my daughters feet looked at me but said nothing there was 3-4 others in the shop that did nothing. I was ready to walk out as this was just cruel...the one doing mine had no care factor at all. then to top it off they didn't even pay attention that we hadn't paid as we were left standing at the counter while they turned off lights and went to close for the day. lucky that I'm an honest person and waited for you rude staff to serve me not because it was worth it. I get that it was half hour before close but if you staff are going to be like that maybe tell people you can't do it... learn customer service I might only be 1 customer and if your care factor is like your services, you won't care but I will never go back the worst place I have ever been to in 13 years. and I think everyone should stay away unless they like being treated poorly...

Asked for four nails removed? she did it poorly and purposefully did it to make it painful. I asked for a pedicure, non shellac. she charged me $60 and I only asked for water and my toes done, none of the rest. Its a daylight robbery. Not to mention theyre seriously horrible with customers. Making fun of them & just being super unprofessional. A bit too mean of them especially when their job is to play with feet all day. They really ought to get it sorted.

I went there with a friend and this was probably the worst customer service I have ever received. The girls doing my nails did not understand a word of English and could not understand what colour I wanted. The manager was so rude too and kept talking over to the other employees in their own language. Just a terrible experience. Had to fix my nails after spending money at the shop. Would never be going again and do not recommend!!

Staff where so rude, the lady I had was so rough and when I said ouch they all started laughing and talking in there language. She would pull my hand back and forward like I was an inconvenience to her. I mean if you hate your job that much maybe find a different career. Then to top it off she yells at me like a school kid to go wash my hands!!! Don't recommend this place Service: Manicure
