Ryan Latcham was amazing. He listened to my needs and wants and worked with me to obtain a loan that suited me. I told him I didn't want to use the HEM and he was very understanding of this. He kept me informed every step of the way. I would certainly contact Ryan again for a loan. Himmy was very friendly and professional. As the franchise, Andrew was across all aspects of my situation also. A team effort without the arrogance.

We went and see Andrew for our very first home loan. He was very professional and helped us on how to achieve our goal. That alone merits 5-star review for making it possible for us to be homeowners! The rest of RAMS Toowoomba staff - Michael, etc. are very courteous and always helpful with our queries and concerns. But one staff stood out the best among the rest and that is Karen Pomfrett. She went above and beyond just to make sure that our payments are made on time so we could also make it to our handover date. Karen is an asset to the team. I always look forward to talking to Karen because she made me feel welcome and she always answered my questions albeit silly ones!
