        My family had an appointment booked to discuss wills, power of attorney and a health directive for my mother. We were advised only on the day of the appointment they could no longer accept payment plans despite the fact we had previously discussed a payment plan weeks in advance when the booking was made. We spoke with Jaimey the receptionist and she was rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. Having to go through the process of organising a loved ones wills etc is already emotional enough, the type of customer service we received was not called for. We canceled the appointment and will not be doing business with them in the future.
