This school has had a positive reputation for many years. However, ever since Darren Cook has become principle, it has gone to sh*t. Mental health is not cared for the way it should be. Students have died and the school has not commemorated them nor shown any interest in them what so ever. Physical fights have increased since the former principle has resigned. It is getting out of control and the safety of students is very low. The teachers are disrespectful and racist. Individuality is not supported. The school is more strict then a private school. The prices of food and uniforms are ridiculously high. Students are not allowed to wear plain long sleeved shirts underneath their unform shirts when it is cold. Instead, we must purchase a $50 shirt or an $80 school jacket. They do not care if your budget is cold. You either spend the money or freeze. It is a prison for young growing people.

the school is more focused on jewllery and makeup more then their own students safety and learning. The school picks on teachers for their outfits and if they dont follow Darren cooks outrageous guidelines to basically find another school. I get it they need rules to keep us all in place but some of these are staring to become ridiculous . DO NOT SEND UR KID HERE!!! . you will regret it the way everyone is treated here is unfair and stupid no wonder we have 2.8 star review , ( Mr cook maybe take teens consideration into your own so we can stop going to a school which is like its from the 1900s and go to a school which actuslly is suitable for this generation)

Discriminatory school! Dont bother putting your kids through school if they have any mental health issues or disabilities (ADHD, depression, anxiety and learning disabilities especially). They will be bullied by staff and kicked out for not meeting standards. They kicked my disabled sister out for not meeting the NORMAL class standards and refused to place her in the classes that would have helped her. Threatened to kick out my brother with ADHD ( whom is now at a different school who actually understands these issues) and refused to even place me in the school with severe depression and anxiety. They only care about how they look in the state curricular system.
