        Terrible Experience from bupa office in Grand Central. I approached bupa office regarding the claim for surgery, but the information from bupa office was incorrect and they don't know what all documents required and they said only 1week for claim but it is 23days to process the claim before doing surgery this information I received from bupa phone customer service. I strongly recommend please call bupa straight away rather going to office to avoid long waiting time

        Been trying to get the money back from a claim for about 5 months now, they told me that the money is on the way 6 times after waiting 2-3 hours, each time, on the phone to finally talk to someone They make me pay for my rehabilitation which supposed to be covered by my insurance and now the hospital is claiming me around $1000 because bupa havent pay the doctor appointment after my surgery Stay away from bupa guys
