        Watch out over priced underserviced Shop around charges for a membership that offers nothing for the price claims unlimited classes, however there is only 2 or 3 classes a day so that makes it limited not unlimited Charges double for training gear that you can buy online cheap The instructor is a blind in 1 eye guy that is unqualified with no fight experience. Not a good place if you want to learn muay thai Is ok for kickboxing and fitness so if you want a kickboxing for fitness class then Yes Its ok for that.

        The coaches are excellent and work with each individual to achieve their own personal goals, whether you want to go for fun and fitness up to training professional fighters. Highly recommend.
