In September 2017 I snapped my Achilles and had to claim on my accident and illness policy. Chris, Emma and Ashley made the whole claims process as easy as possible. I had to contact Emma on numerous occasions with my claim, all her replies were prompt, with nothing too difficult for her to sort out for me. I would recommend the team to anyone.
