We were extremely pleased with the professional, expert advice that Rob provided on behalf of our aged parents who needed to move into a nursing home at relatively short notice. We were a little hesitant at first about the service not being face-to-face as we were not in the same city as Rob. As it turned out, this was not an issue at all. Robs processes although not face-to-face for us, nevertheless worked perfectly. We were particularly pleased with how Rob went out of his way to make sure we received his advice and his report in a very short turn around time. We needed the advice quickly and he delivered as he said he would.
