Well, where do I start. Came for a check because of bacterial conjuctivitis, yet was questioned why I would no pay $60 to do a retinal scan. The optometrist Cayolynne Drabsch had to ask me twice, is there a reason why you chose not to do the scan? Is it the money? Well, I came here to have my bacterial conjunctivitis checked out, why do I need a retinal scan for that? I explained to her I already did one with another practice not long ago but she was very persistent. She also forced a sale on me. Said I have dry eyes- and then opened up a new bottle of Hylo forte in front of me and put them in my eyes. And I then had to purchase it because apparently it was from their shelve and it wasnt free. I think if you wanted me to purchase it you should have asked for my consent before opening the bottle. I was also pushed into buying the heated eye mask which I think was quite unnecessary. Who does warm compresses for a bacterial conjunctivitis anyway. I work for an optometry practice and we never push sales. Was a bad experience. Only reason I came to OPSM is because our optometrist is not therapeutically qualified, otherwise would never choose to go there.

Great service. Had issues with 1st glasses and they sorted it out perfectly. After sales service really couldn't have been better.
