Very unprofessional driver. Didn't provide us with allocated seats on Friday the 13th of Jan 2023 from Murwillumbah to Brisbane, 1st error. The young woman who was taking up 4 seats with her bags verbally abused me for a whole 20 minutes after I carefully moved her bags so we could sit. Apparently her bags contained a substance that she didn't want spilled. Using very obscene language & racial slurs directly to me & kicking the back of my seat. The driver didn't intervene or help at all. This woman should've been removed from the bus. Everyone on the bus witnessed what took place. The driver completely ignored the whole thing while I was being abused infront of my child on a moving bus that I paid good money to be on. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend this service at all. I will take this to ACA & I demand a full refund.
