What ever you do, do NOT let your insurance company send you here. 8 months of patiently waiting because they need parts then take it in and theyve had the car for FOUR weeks and havent even STARTED IT!! I havent been able to take my daughter anywhere for 4 weeks during the week as my partner needed my car for work and now they delayed it AGAIN THIS MORNING via text. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever, had my husbands car for a week before even starting on it. We went without a car for a week when we could have been using it and not have to pay extra money due to not having the car. They then tell us its going to be ready this week and then instead of picking up the phone to tell their customer they just send a text message to say not until next week. Would appear other people have the same exact same experience so begs the question why they are the recommended service provider by our insurer. Would not recommend to anyone

Horrible experience. They said they couldnt book my car in for three months only to receive a text saying they had to push my booking back another month. So disappointed to receive this update in a text rather than a phone call. I guess customer service isnt important to this company.

My Mother's car was assessed in November and booked in for 11th January 2023 for repairs after a not at fault accident. Going on 7 weeks now and the car still isn't ready after being assured for the 3rd time it would be ready on a certain date. We even contacted insurer, and were told the same thing, the car would be ready on 22nd Feb 2023 ( the 3rd date).Company called yesterday to say car would be ready today, 23rd, now it is 28th. Let see if it is another date. Company assumed she had a hire car, so obviously were delaying her repair. Told today that when it was going in to the paint section they noticed more damage, so now have to wait for another part. I call rubbish. Absolutely pathetic service and would not recommend them if they were the last company around. Service: Body & Trim
