I had been to other hearing centres in Toowoomba, and always felt like a number not a person. Here I am definitely a person. The front of house person remembers me, and greets me personally before I have a chance to say my name! Jason is my Hearing specialist. He has supported me through the daunting process of accepting my diminishing hearing, getting my first hearing aide, and gradually learning how to work the thing! We have also experimented with various components such as the ear pieces. He also vacuums my ears very efficiently. The building is best entered from the Radiology car park. There isnt much parking in Ren st. I thoroughly recommend this business.

Finally someone who could fix my hearing aids for me!!! Just went in to make an appointment and to my surprise they were fixed on the spot. Amazing customer service but more importantly I have been struggling for a year to have my hearing aids fixed and now I can HEAR!!! Thank you Hello Hearing. Deb H
