        Stay right away from these revolting people. Ive made numerous attempts for them to fix their errors and useless ways however Ive been met with abuse and blocking my phone number. They are absolutely revolting and can now deal with a consumer complaint. Do not use these people. Zero customer service and they hang up on you if they cant help, they just stop doing their jobs. Ive never met more useless people. Ive recorded all phone conversations and there was no abuse whatsoever! You people are disgusting. I have also sent all emails to the ombudsman, ASIC -and CPA and will happily post them online for all to see the victim blaming email from Bob Noye and your staff and to show how mine arent abusive in the slightest. Nothing but delusional. You only blocked me because youve stuffed up. Good luck with the complaint. Id also suggest dont make comments about why Ive attended your business. Telling people Ive been there for tax matters is a breach of my confidentiality- Ill also be making another complaint about this!!!
