I was referred by a friend after finance with a dealer wasn't suitable. Jacques were extremely fast to respond to an online enquiry and Jessica looked after me throughout the process. Jessica's language and tone that she used was always extremely friendly and professional, purely because of this I'd happily go back should I need any help in the future

We were getting nowhere with the banks and Kailum from JF Group organised finance within days. We were able to buy our dream house and refinance into a better position. Kailum talked us through everything and has been there day and night to answer our questions. He showed genuine interest in my needs, very professional and amazing personal skills (good for a chat). Recently purchased my first property with my wife and our experience with Alex was astounding! He broke down many different scenarios and went over possible loan breakdowns in a thorough and easy to understand way for us, ultimately giving us the knowledge to make the right decision. Once we decided on a loan he was always quick to make the appropriate actions and keep the process moving forward. There was a hiccup with the bank in that they lost our papers but Alex made sure to be on them daily to make sure that the sale wasn't jeopardised! Ultimately, great experience working with Alex and we'll be sure to use his services again if/when we purchase a new home!
