Toowong Bus Depot

Former employee. 2.5 yers in total. Some hard and frightening times were had here from an outside source and the support received and backstabbing that happened by employees were disgustfully abysmal and nearly cost me my very life

Left a bag with $120 worth of shopping on the bus on my way home. Called the Translink Call Centre who put me through to Brisbane City Council who tracked the bag down (I had visions of it being long gone!) to the Depot in Toowong. Max who was on shift called me, directed me to the depot and was super helpful and friendly. All operators I spoke to were patient and helpful. I just love living in this City!

I'd like to say a huge Thankyou to the driver of T1261, 390 bus departed from Brookside at 9:45am for City, 30th Oct 2018. His driving was smooth, he was well mannered and very patient with those who were late getting to the bus stops.
