Good communication and expertise Ali's thoughts on a quick sale with a good price was exactly the way the sale proceeded. It is a sellers market, however her knowledge of the area and of potential buyers made the sale happen. We were phoned regularly with updates and were guided through the process including good communication with our solicitor. We were blessed to have the sale go through very quickly and easily.

Beachside Home in Toogoom Ali was a delight to deal with from our very first meeting. I was impressed with her knowledge of the local market conditions as well as her assessment of our properties value. She was active in the entire campaign process from preparing and appearing in the video presentation, to managing communications between the purchaser and ourselves through to final settlement of the home. Importantly there was never undue pressure put on us at any time during the campaign. I have no hesitation in recommending Ali & Mike Suidgeest.

Snakes inside the holiday house ruined our holidays We stayed at Burrum River Boathouse Jacqueline Drive, Pacific Haven Queensland My wife was terrified when she saw a one-meter-long snake in the kitchen, What ensued was a half an hour of drama where I had to deal with it, I managed to direct the snake out of the kitchen. Then the day after (another snake) my 5-year-old son yelled snake crawling from under the lounge from where he was sitting, again with the broom I had to get it out from the lounge room. After seeing these snakes my wife and son were frightened all the time and they were scared to open cupboards or even sat in the lounge My poor boy had a nightmare, the holiday that we'd planned for a long time was ruined. Very disappointed as we drove 9 hours each way to have a nice holiday but it turned out to be a nerve-wracking bad experience. also, we had to put up with the infestation of midges.
