A very heart felt thanks to Sue for recommending and fitting my wife's new aids , her caring and professional approach has given us an outcome well beyond my expectations . The challenges of dealing with early onset dementia have been made easier for both of us with the new aids having an immediately positive impact on my wife's hearing and engagement, not to mention removing some of the day to day frustrations for me . Many , many thanks to Sue and Sonia for their real concern and very professional approach .

My hearing assessment was a pleasant experience all-round, everything was explained in an easy to understand way and I left feeling much more confident in getting my hearing back under control. I will happily come back for annual checks

So happy we found Susan after YEARS of trying different businesses to help my mum with her hearing difficulties.
