City Cave Taringa

Lovely space with very warm and friendly staff, inviting waiting room and float rooms. I love coming here to relax and always feel comfortable. I highly recommend this city cave.

I really love this place. So near the train and bus. Hygienic. Reception is friendly and so helpful. Float rooms are well maintained.

Planned ahead for a Flaunassage after a few weeks of heavy workload and stress. 45min Sauna. 1hr Float. 45min Massage. My first solo extended sauna, and my first float. Loved it! Venue is welcoming, comfortable but sharp and clean. I was concerned about hygiene, so read a lot before I came and the venue felt rigorous. Excellent welcome and demo of how it all works and how to operate the functions (esp lights) in the room. I felt both cared for and self sufficient. Sauna room was great, and the light therapy was welcome. Float: I chose a music option, which I deliberated if Id made the right call before knowing what it would sound like!! Volume was good, sounds were fine, and it was super helpful to have a gentle cue to know when the time was up. Wouldnt say there was a lot of space for a couple in the same tub, but maybe they have longer/wider options for tall/wide people. Massage: Meh. It was fine, but I have regular massages elsewhere and theyre great. I probably wont book a massage here again. Cons: Timing. Bookings are only on the hour. So theres no time to gently transition between the different treatments. Could have used 15min between each to have a better result and longer-lasting effects.

Ive been a part of the spa and wellness industry for 15 yrs and I can honestly say the massage I had with Ashish today was one of the best ever, his knowledge and technique was incredible and I walked out of my treatment feeling so much lighter. Thank you so much

I had the best massage, it relieved my migraine and stiffness. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
