        As a local it is great to have a GP clinic in Tamborine, given the growing population of our scenic rim. And the medical team at the centre are all lovely.

        The doctors at this surgery are lovely and look after their patients. My complaint is about the receptionist on the phone, twice Ive called and have been spoken to rudely. Her manner was blunt and very unpleasant, stating that she is the only one there and shes been swamped. So that doesnt give her the right to be rude and unhelpful to the patients. I too am a medical administrator and work for QLD Health. If I treated patients the way she did to me I would have disciplinary action taken against me and Id be fired! Like every medical institution they are held to account by accreditation. Im a nice person and Ive never given her any reason to treat me disrespectful. But if it happens again I will make a personal complaint at the surgery. Jacqui Reeves
