Lana was incredibly helpful for myself and my wife through the process of explaining workers compensation and the claiming process. Lana accurately was able to foresee issues and forewarn us of what was coming up and what was important for us to verbalise when speaking to work, workers compensation and the medical specialists. After calling numerous people for advice to no avail, Lana was able to call me and set aside time in her busy schedule to talk and hear me out. Lana from Iconic showed genuine compassion in supporting my mother who had a serious fall. Lana acted in a timely manner and let me know what was happening through her investigative process. It was reassuring to know Lana understood how stressful my mums injuries were to her and our family. Lana also coordinated support for my ageing mum in her local area.
