The team are absolutely incredible!! They really & truly care about their clients from start through to finish to make sure you are comfortable and have all the info for your treatments. You can tell they love what they do. The clinic is a true boutique - intimate and luxurious. Highly recommend The Skin Centre for any treatment, facial and more

This is a really comforting business. Grate staff especially for someone who suffers anxiety. I regularly see Kelly and Shannelle, Who are truely amazing people i cant say enough about them. They make you feel great about yourself every time you leave. Highly recommend.

I am a frequent customer here because of the results. The staff are lovely and extremely knowledgeable which is a fantastic bonus, but ultimately - I keep coming back because I look my best and feel my most confident after the treatments I get there. In my 30s, my skin is the best it has been ever.

My wife and I have been to The Skin Center several times, with great success.. Unfortunately, our experience today was way below expectation. We booked for Juverderm filler and Botox. It was not until I was about to get the injections, that I mentioned Botox, and the nurse advised she would use Dysport, and not Botox, since she was not trained in Botox. I asked what the difference between Botox and Dysport, and she assured me that Dysport was comparable with Botox, and priced the same as Botox. So I agreed. My wife was never informed by the nurse that she was using Dysport, and we were never informed at check in about the change from Botox to Dysport I have since researched Dysport versus Botox, and spoken with another Dermatologist, and it comes about Dysport does not last as long as Botox (if Botox lasts say 6 months, then Dysport lasts 3 months) and the costs of Dysport on the Gold Coast is significantly less than Botox. So, the Skin Center failed to inform us of the change until getting the needles, using a less effective product, which is cheaper, but charging the same cost as Botox!!! Wow. We never expected this would happen with The Skin Center, under management by Dr Andrew Freeman. We are very disappointed indeed! Update (some 2 weeks since submitting the above review - My wife responded to a call today from the GM of the Freeman practice. We were informed that she had discussed the review with Dr Freeman Sr and Dr Andrew Freeman, and they have determined it would be best if we find another Dermatologist and Skin Center. I have been going to Dr Freeman Sr, without any issues, for over 8 years, and here I write one honest detailed review, and they take offense. Perhaps a call from either Dr Freeman Sr or Dr Freeman Jr would have been appreciated, but it seems simpler to discard long standing patients if you ever have anything negative, notwithstanding factual, to say about their practices. An unfortunate outcome, but as requested, we will move on.
