I hardly ever get my makeup or hair done so when I went looking to book someone for an event, I'm so glad I found Mel and for the reviews already left! She was able to fit me in quite last minute and was very responsive to any of my texts (complete opposite from a number of other MUAs I had reached out to). I also had pretty much no idea what I wanted! I was so indecisive and only knew I wanted a natural/soft glam look but Mel was able to make it happen and more will definitely book again if I'm ever down in the Gold Coast and would recommend to anyone. She's so lovely and her home is beautiful as well

Mel had done my Hair and Makeup for my wedding day and her service was absolutely exceptional. From coming over on time as discussed at 5:30 am for an early wedding, Mel's charisma and vibrant personality had made me feel so excited on my wedding day. Mel did my makeup for my wedding and I loved it! Mel was so responsive on texts and always got back to me with any questions I had leading up to the day. Mel is super talented ... her artistry is second to none! She transformed me from an old frump into a glamour in no time flat and complimented my outfit and the tone of the evening perfectly! She has a clever knack of producing an age-appropriate and occasion-appropriate look ... not just a cookie cutter one size fits all make up finish.
