I only had my FUE transplant a few days ago so cant comment on the results yet but I have been very impressed with the level of service. The team are great to deal with and made me feel very relaxed on the day of the procedure. I was very pleased with how everything went on the day. The recovery period has been going very well so far and the team have been checking in regularly. I would highly recommend them. They are so professional and friendly. I thought the pricing was reasonable too. Looking forward to seeing my results in a few months time. Thanks again Medici Capelli

The team at Medicci Capelli are the best in the field. I felt welcomed and like a superstar from day one. On the day of the procedure itself (FUT 1500 grafts), it went smooth as butter and the techs made for great conversation! Time honestly flew by! Not that Ill need it now, but Id go back again in a heartbeat!

I emailed to get a quote on a FUE robot procedure. Just a ball park figure. The reply I got was you will need to book in for a consultation My question was and still is how much do you charge for 2000 graphs. That was 11 days ago. I know exactly what I want but this company still wants me to book in for a consultation. I live in NSW, the company is in QLD. Feel free to answer my question via Google review because looks like you cant be bothered to reply to my question via email CELINE

Had first surgery 3 years ago. Was told that its very unlikely that I'll need a second surgery (which would be free) as this happens on average every two years or so. 18 months later had to undergo a second surgery as results were horrible: bold patches, very low density, had to keep wearing a hat the entire period. So, had the second surgery but instead of opening the first scar, they gave me a second scar (!) as they claimed that they couldnt find the scar, but it is definitely visible though (are they blind?!?). Second scar is much higher, close to transplant area so thats not good (so I learned later). Now, 18 months after second round, density isnt great (scalp is clearly visible through the hairs), will need to go for a third round (although was told that nobody ever needs a third round) but wont be using these guys, thats for sure. Nice people and all but the results are way below promised (verbally, in writing there are no guarantees) and below standard (confirmed via third party professionals, they actually asked the name of the Doctor who did this bad job). Bottom line: Not happy.
