We were recommended to get in contact with Neil Fraser at TASC to help assist us in obtaining a mortgage shortly after moving to town. Neil has gone above and beyond in meeting all of our needs. On top of making the process of buying a house possible, Neil looked around and found us the best possible deal. He also taught us about the different home loan types and even coached us on how to ensure we had the right insurance set up, in case anything was to happen. Neil has gone above and beyond, working long hours to make the difficult process so much easier. Coming up to a year since purchasing the house, we are very grateful we went through Neil and were able to secure a low fixed rate loan for the first few years!
