        Dr.Vrtik and her team have been amazing, they made me feel comfortable in appointments & theatre. I highly recommend her expertise for breast reduction surgery

        After 4 confirmations and a deposit her team couldnt organise a timely appointment. Waited over 35 mins in the waiting room. Receptionist failed to let me know in advance the Dr. Lily was running behind just kept saying 5 mins despite me seeing another patient get called into her office 5 mins after my appointment time? When I tried to get my deposit back I was forced to call some mystical office manager at another site and waste more of my time. Leaves very little confidence in her service if this is the team she has around her. I would never invest my time here if something so simple as a $250 appointment cant be promised on time. Your time is unimportant as a patient is the message received.
