Do NOT waste your time or money. This doctor does not listen at all. In the 10mins he spent with me he refused to allow me to explain any of my symptoms and completely disregarded anything I did tell him. A disgusting waste of hundreds of dollars!!

We were tired of getting the run around from the public system and we were referred to Dr Ng by the person we bought our house from. Best referral ever. Dr Ng was caring, thorough and completely in tune with my partners needs. We have been finally put on a care plan that makes sense with good arthritic care. Thank you Dr Ng. So glad we found you!

Received a referral for an appointment that was made in August this year. Originally I confirmed 'Yes' via SMS, but couldn't make the appointment so I called to confirm and would call back at a later date to rebook. Rebooked but was told due to the other 2 rheumatologists in Brisbane taking leave, my appointment wouldn't be for another few months, no problems. Arrived for my new appointment after clearing my afternoon schedule, only to be told that no such appointment existed after waiting 3 months. I was told specifically several times this was due to temps taking my booking and not putting it in to the system. This felt like a lazy excuse but not my business. Frustrating but these things happen. Re booked again for the end of January, another 3 months later. HOWEVER, I received a letter in the mail today in a very passive aggressive format chastising me for not calling ahead to cancel my original booking (which was cancelled around the same time as the temps who lost my booking), and informing me that my appointment will not be rebooked, and I will need a new referral from my GP. The excuse of temps seems to be afforded to the business, but not to the customer. This leaves you sitting here bewildered wondering what you could have done wrong. Unfortunately this is a business more interested in proving themselves right, than learning and understand what's happened from a client's point of view.
