We were at this childcare for a few years. But shocked at the owners. They closed down their centre after assuring parents this would not be the case. It was extremely stressful as we were left scrambling. Owner was unpleasant and unapologetic. Staff are great, pity about the management.

Best childcare and education centre. Everybody is friendly, especially Vicki Gracen. She is one of the most polite and professional people I have met. If there are any issues, just discuss it with Vicki. She replies calls/emails very promptly and solves the problems very efficiently. I currently leave my child with Vicki and her team, and plan to enrol my other child too. I would not even consider another organisation. Recommend to all.

The educators are very friendly. Always keeping parents informed and make all feel welcome however the owner and director Vicki is very unprofessional. Vicki is rude to deal with. Talks down to her staff and parents. God forbid you ever have an issue that you need to discuss with her. Vicki doesnt return your calls or reply to your emails. Vicki is also quick to spread stories about staff and parents. I wouldnt leave my dog with her for a day! Send your children elsewhere!
