ANZ Branch Sunnybank Hills

Well it Seems ANZ Value your Money more than your time, 50 min in line with 1 girl walks around the floor for 20 min chatting to her team mates while 8 or so customers wait in line. obviously not enough staff as this store is always like this. and if you think its bad now it will be much much worse when they go cashless. Shame on you ANZ its just Greed pure and simple.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced! I made an appointment personally with Vivian Bai. When i got there for my scheduled appointment she was already with someone so a lady told me to sit and wait. Which I did! I ended up waiting for and hour without her coming to say anything or when i asked another lady who worked there all she could say was she was with another customer right now just wait. I will not be coming back to the branch or to Vivian! Absolutely shocking! Also when i made my appointment with her a few days ago there was absolutely no one in the branch and she said she couldnt help me today hence why i made an appointment .
