Hearing aid companies like this need to get into the 21st Century. They still want to make absurd profits for service and devices that should really cost a fraction of what they charge. Plus Clarity want $50 just for postage of a single tiny hearing aid to send to Phonak for servicing. They also will only send the hearing aid I bought form them. I have an identical spare I bought earlier from another company. They will only handle the one I bought from them!! The whole industry is protectionist. To protect their dealers profit Phonak won't allow me to send it direct. The whole industry is stuck in the 70's. If ever a service needed disrupting its the hearing aid business. I will return to the earlier company I dealt with. I received a much fairer service from them. Clarity is all hype and no substance.
