Blooming Great Transport

Blooming Awful is more like it. Take a look at the photos. 8 whole DAYS from Townsville to Brisbane. A supplier took weeks to grow this stock. A retailer (me) needed the stock to sell. Both supplier and retailer were failed in this instance. Unfortunately my business cannot accept this standard so will be marking all future orders through my suppliers as "any courier except Blooming Great Transport". P.S. No contact from Blooming Great either, let alone an apology.

I encountered one of their drivers who was weaving all over the road, changing lanes without indicating and speeding. I contacted the company to advise them of the issue, so I hope the driver was fired. Extremely dangerous, and bad publicity for the company.

This company used to give great service last year, picked up and delivered in two days, but they're getting worst with every order. My last order from Rockhampton took 9 days to reach me, so my plants were suffering (dry pots, squashed, broken limbs, squashed pots) and some fruit trees are unable to be sold, have to be cut back and will take many weeks to recover. The attitude of Katrina was very poor and couldn't really care less blaming a public holiday that occurred six days after pickup. Not impressed!
