        Toned Pilates is an awesome studio that is clean and spacious. They have knowledgeable instructors who take the time to ensure my technique is correct. Ive been going for six months now and have had amazing results. My posture has improved and Im toned all over. Its also a friendly and warm environment.

        I would highly recommend his studio to anyone of all ages and sizes, instructors are great and encourage you to work at your pace.Charleen is the owner and an instructor and is very knowledgeable with all things fitness and Pilates, I most love about this studio that it offers a variety of classes (Pilates, weights, Zumba and stretch) I have found my fitness and strength has improved immensely as well as my body shape
