I see Dr Bellary and she has always been great! As she is a good doctor, she is usually booked up, need to book with about a week's wait.

I had to miss 2 days of school for appointments that ended up being a waste of time. One were the doctor told me what a period was and the second one got cancelled at the last second by the doctor and I've ended up having to wait another 2 days for an appointment.

I was not happy with this place at first when I went almost a year back because one of the GPs decision and suggestions regarding my health condition. However, I changed my GP and is absolutely satisfied to be under her care as she us very specific, quick and has appropriate treatment for my condition. She us afr Shani Mendis. Thank you

I only go their for doctor durr, some of the receptionist are very rude ,rolling her eyes at me ,I didnt know about the weekend prices as im on a health care card, the posted note was turned the wrong way ,Ive had a few things happen their, because my dad and me have the same name, they seem to confuse me and my dad a lot ,charging me for appointments that I didnt even book for, their was one time I didnt come in for an appointment,I got a call from a lady, she was very abrupt saying that I should be accountable for my own appointments,this is right but you should really word things different. family member resently passed away ,whom Im very close to ,I used always take him to the doctors so sometimes you do forget your own appointments ,finally I went to an phycologist at the doctors a couple of years ago now ,he was treating my grandfather that passed away recently ,my Grampa had dementia and was a little depressed, I spoke to the phycologist about him, he told me to give up on him cause he doesnt listen , also heard doctors arguing with nurses, the manager or boss arguing have been going their for 10 plus years now and their is always something happening ,the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and I was surprise that she was charging me 75 dollars,I went in and told her that she shouldnt roll her eyes at people and she should be a bit more considerate of peoples feelings ,I told her about my Grampa,she was that she has done a lot for them that her grandparents is sick to,if this is the case then you should be understanding,because I spoke my mind ,they sent me letter telling me that I wont be back we are people and dont deserve to be treated like money bags ,the only doctor that cares is doctors durr ,
