        Excellent service by Branch Supervisor . Very helpful when dealing with both my parents on surrendering their licences due to dementia. The lady made the visit as pain free and quick as possible. God bless her. Its the first time in a long time Ive had such good service !!! Thank you !!!

        Typical DOT, not enough parking, not enough staff, have to attend to do what should be able to be done online but can't. Wait an hour in a crowded room for a 30 second interaction. Its a necessary cliche but what choice do we have. Some shops across the road which helps i guess
