Could not recommend highly enough. Dr Hsu managed to take a nerve racking and scary situation and turned it into a happy, pleasant experience. While still being very professional and informative, Ed will have you leaving every appointment laughing and with a positive outlook on the whole situation. When the time for surgery came, Ed did a PERFECT job and it did not finish there. The care and post op follow ups were above and beyond as he genuinely cares about his patients, wanting the best for them long after his work is done. Thank you very much!

Dr Hsu is an amazing human, extremely knowledgeable and states all the facts along with a funny laid back attitude which was very calming, Removed 4 x wisdom teeth with no issues and recovering really well thanks to his detailed instructions for post-op care, Thank you Doctor Hsu ! Best in the business !

Very empathetic, kind professional receptionist who dealt with people very calmly and politely over the phone whilst I was waiting to be seen .Dr Hsu was very reassuring and down to earth ,and gave me the feeling that I was in the safest hands, and that he was genuinely interested in me, and my well being . Very good experience with Dr Hsu, from the first consultation until the end of surgery. I had 4 x wisdoms removed. He is friendly, calm and exudes confidence that is commensurate with his ability. I appreciate and felt at ease with his clear explanation of the procedure, risks and post-surgery recovery. He has a good reputation for a reason and I highly recommend him. The staff Qld Maxillofacial Group are fantastic too - thank you Ashlee for your post-surgery check-in call.

Dr Hsu is an extraordinary gentleman. Very professional, obviously a leader in his field, yet caring and gentle with a beside manner that immediately put me at ease. Dr Hsu ensured I completely understood all necessary treatment and why and was happy to answer any questions I had. When it became evident that emergency surgery was necessary, Dr Hsu and his team swung into action and within days I found myself in surgery. Dr Hsu's surgical team were wonderful, putting my mind and nerves at ease. Dr Hsu's expertise showed in both his surgical skills and by taking samples which proved vital to obtaining a diagnosis and assisting in pinpointing treatment for an underlying condition. Mine was a highly unusual presentation to say the least. When further Specialist were required, Dr Hsu and his team made all the appointments ensuring I received all necessary treatment not just as quickly as possible, but faster than could otherwise have been achieved. I was never left in uncertainty. Dr Hsu maintained his interest in my condition, identifying and putting in place a solution to what could have been a potentially treatment interrupting problem. When it became clear there was no option but to extract another tooth, Dr Hsu and his nurse Renee started work early to fit me in. My treatment was underway a week later. I can certainly highly recommend Dr Hsu and his team. Worth many more than 5 stars.
