Hello there, I wanted to touch base with a reliable tree services company for a series of plant and tree related services. Tree pruning, tree trimming and a couple other tree services was what I wanted undertaken. And in the Gold Coast area, I heard from a friend about Quality Trees Procedures. I called and they responded immediately and came over to my place and we talked shop. On the appointed day, they came and took care of the tree services very professionally. I liked their attitude and will engage Quality Trees Procedures in future too. Thanks, Thomas

Hello, I received complaints from my neighbours saying that my trees were dangling quite precariously into their property. So I was looking all over the Gold Coast area for a tree services company who would be able to take care of the tree lopping in my Gold Coast house on an immediate basis. I was pleasantly surprised when I connected with Quality Trees Procedures and they said that they understood my issues and told will come in right away. Peter White gave me a quote (which was later changed as more expenses were added on or inflated) for tree lopping services on my property. As an aged pensioner, I was upfront in explaining my limited financial means because of retrenchment some 12 months earlier. The morning of the job his arrival was so 'late' that I expected a 'no show. 'Some old guy finally showed up with a dog very 'rude' and unfriendly. I hesitated to complain, as their attitudes were as though I should be grateful they showed up at all!! Anyway I didn't get my monies worth as the job still remains incomplete. Due to their lateness I was 'overcharged' as they were unable to complete the job in the time allotted. This Peter White guy and his workers are arrogant and disrespectful. My past dealings have been to accept a man's word that he will agree to do an honest days work for an honest day's pay. This company Quality Tree Procedures does NOT deserve your business. Their motto is to overcharge for 'incomplete' work and if you don't like it. Too bad. Either way they still get remunerated at the end of the day for 'inferior' workmanship.
