We experienced absolute professional service on our visit To Stafford Tile City. Megan is a real asset to the company and they are fortunate to have such a knowledgable employee. We were so confused about our tile selection and Megan spent a lot of time with us, helping us with our decisions. She was so patient and nothing was too much, we were both amazed and delighted. Its stressful to have to select something that will be permanent in your home - seen by everyone living there or visiting! So thank you Megan for making this so easy for us. Recently renovating my bathroom and toilet, I was very impressed with the always friendly service, advice and prices I received at Tile City Stafford. Being unsure of what I could handle, Margaret patiently took myself and my wife through their large range on display, suggesting differing combinations that would suit our requirements. When I decided to pursue the work myself, Ben not only answered all my technical questions, but even demonstrated some tile cutting and laying techniques. (Better than YouTube!) Whilst I will never being as proficient as the professionals, I managed successful completion of the job - Thanks Ben, Margaret and the team at Tile City!

If you're looking for tiles make sure you try Tile City from Stafford. The service level from Kylie was absolutely fantastic. Kylie was quick to respond to my enquiry and found exactly what I needed. The service level was so good she even found the best price to deliver in Hervey Bay for me. Nothing was too much trouble and from this awesome experience I will certainly shop again and again at Tile City.
