Tim Missenden & his team go above & beyond to deliver great Customer Service and value! The groups I work with - mostly Amateur Theatre groups, & Indi Film/Video creators, struggle to stretch budgets & resources to deliver best bang-for-buck. Tim & his people have accommodated our challenges by: * Meeting with volunteers on short notice (sorry bout that - well plan better!), * Listening to our challenges, understanding our infrastructure - and advising how to extend the life of older luminaires * Providing best-in-town pricing * Having adequate stock when we need it * Making up cables to meet our needs * Educating us on the best moment to transition to newer technologies.
