        We have done a few renovations over the years (so have dealt with a number of builders) but Spencer Constructions have BY FAR been the best builders we have EVER used. Their communication is incredible, they are nice guys, they are very reasonably priced and while this sounds absurd, the whole experience has actually been enjoyable!!!!...honestly, do yourself a favour and choose Spencer Constructions...they are incredible.
