        First time going under anaesthetic and was a bit nervous, but Dr. Mark Krumrey made me feel comfortable and very lovely person. Administration team was great also!

        Administration has been terrible to deal with. From the first point of contact with them, they were extremely rude and not helpful. Honestly would not recommend dealing with them if you can avoid it. I am sure the anesthetist is fine but the admin team was not. They do not provide a lot of time to pay either just a heads up.
